#1 SIEC
Usually held on the 3rd weekend of September, SIEC holds its yearly exhibition at the Paris expo Porte de Versailles. With approximately 4000 visitors each year, 100 to 500 exhibitors present their innovations at SIEC. SIEC, which is sponsored by the French Council of Shopping Centres (CNCC), brings together all of the major players in the retail and real estate industry to discuss business, negotiate and close deals on shopping center locations, and cutting-edge products, and services.

The Palais des Festivals welcomes the MAPIC (marché international professionnel de l’implantation commerciale) edition each year on the last weekend of November. 6000 participants are usually present with 1.500 retailers, and major players in the food and leisure industry of over 80 countries.
The 3-day real estate fair is composed of exhibitions and conferences to discuss the future of the industry and business model creation.

#3 MIPIM
Like MAPIC, MIPIM (Marché International des Professionnels d’Immobilier) also takes place at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes. This real estate fair usually has around 3.800 exhibiting groups and more than 480 speakers present, with exclusive keynotes given by for instance the former French president Francois Hollande. People from over 100 countries are visiting this real estate fair with 24% of them looking to invest in projects.
MIPIM brings together the most prominent players from the world’s property sectors: office, residential, retail, healthcare, sport, logistics, and industrial.

As for the MAPIC Real Estate Fair, we also recommend arriving at Cannes Mandelieu airport – Cannes la Bocca to land as close as possible to the Palais des Festivals. By taxi, it will only be 15 to 30 minutes away from the Palais.
#4 EXPO REAL
