As the summer season is approaching major sport events are equally getting ready to receive enthusiastic fans and supporters from the whole of Europe. No 1: Private jet to the Wimbledon Tennis Tournement
(July, 1-14)
“Wimbledon” is the oldest and most prestigious tennis tournament of the world. Each year it hosts the world’s best tennis players. It is next to the French, Australian and US Open one of the four grand slam tournaments.
This yearly tournament has been played for the first time in 1877. It is held at the “All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club” in the London suburb Wimbledon. It is one of the only tournaments at which players must dress in white.

Biggin Hill airport is the perfect access port in order to visit this prestigious tennis event in Wimbledon. Only 30 kms away or 40 minutes with a taxi from the stadium, the airport provides excellent and quick services for private aircraft. The airport is opened from 06:30 until 23:00 and on Saturday and Sunday it is opened from 08:00 until 22:00. These opening times provide you with the opportunity to match your flight with your desired tennis match in between the 1st and the 14th of July.
No 2: Private jet to the Tour de France (July, 6-28)
The Tour de France is an annual men’s multiple stage bicycle race primarily held in France Traditionally, the race is held in the month of July. The race was first organized in 1903 and has been held annually ever since.
The race is famous for its atmosphere around the publicity caravan: a procession of often colourfully decorated trucks and cars in which advertisers precede the race. After which the cyclist pass in no time.
The “Grande Depart” of the Tour de France in 2019 will take place this year at the Grand Place or “Grote Markt” in Brussels, Belgium. Cities like Epernay, Nancy, Colmar, Chalon Sur Saône, Toulouse and many more are a part of 2019’s decor, the tour will end traditionally on the “Champs-Élysées” in Paris.
Private jet to Antwerp Deurne Airport
If you choose to visit the Grand Depart and fly with a private jet to Brussels, you should opt to land at Antwerp Airport. Antwerp is a 45 minutes’ drive from the city centre of Brussels. Not only is Antwerp Airport les congested, also landing fees are considerably lower in comparison with Brussels.
Antwerp Airport is opened from 6:30 and 23:00 hours. Due to noise constraints the opening times of the airport are very strict. The airport has a separate Business Aviation Terminal of which private jets and air taxis can depart or arrive. In this terminal private jet passengers don’t have to queue in security or check-in lines. The terminal allows a passengers to arrive 15 minutes before departure or depart within 5 minutes after arrival of their air taxi.

No 3: Private jet to the GP Germany (28th of July)
The Formula 1 has its roots in the Grand Prix Racing of the twenties and thirties of the twentieth century. The “formula” in the name refers to a set of rules that all participants and cars must comply with.
The Mercedes Benz Grand Prix of Germany takes place on the historical “Hockenheimring” track in Baden-Württemberg. Formally known as one the fastest races on the F1 agenda. This circuit was originally a test-circuit for Mercedes-Benz. Throughout the years the circuit has undergone some major changes giving Formule 1-cars more overtaking manoeuvre possibilities and to decrease their speed in the race.
Private jet to Mannheim City Airport
Closest to Baden Württemberg is Mannheim Airport. Mannheim is an excellent airport for air taxi’s and private jets. The airport is opened from 06:00 until 21:00 on weekdays and in the weekends it opens from 08:00 and closes at 20:00. Departing or landing outside these timings would require a prior permission from the airport.

The dedicated general aviation terminal provides quick and straightforward access to the aircraft, therefore allowing you to check-in 15 to 20 minutes before departure of a private jet or air taxi. 15 minutes to downtown Mannheim and 25 minutes to Heidelberg, the airport has easy access to the public transport. You can find a tramstop just opposite of the terminal.
