EU citizens have the right to move freely within the Union, but the pandemic has resulted in various restrictions. To clarify the situation, Fly Aeolus is sharing with you the latest updates about the air travel restrictions to our top destinations during the Covid-19 outbreak. These apply to passengers who travel with normal commercial airlines but also to passengers who travel by private jet or air taxis. The information presented below, valid as of 30/03/2022, is subject to change.

Once at your destination, other restrictions apply in the territory: for more information, check out our blog “Travel during covid: advice and checklist“.

  • Identification form: Travelers from outside the European Union who are not on the European Union white list must complete the Passenger Locator Form (PLF) prior to entering Belgium and must have a valid vaccination, test or recovery certificate.

Netherlands

The Netherlands distinguishes 4 categories of countries, depending on the health risks: countries classified as “safe”, “high-risk”, “very high-risk” and “very high-risk area with a virus variant of concern” and within each category different rules are observed. For the classification of countries, please consult the Dutch government’s website. In addition, a ban on entry may apply to travellers from certain countries, although there are exceptions.
